Janine Grossmann joins B+H as Senior Director, Business Development
Janine Grossmann has joined B+H Architects as Senior Director, Business Development, Architecture + Design (A+D). Based in Toronto, she will lead Interior Design business development across the firm’s Toronto and Vancouver studios.
In this role, Janine will provide strategic leadership across client growth, pursuit strategy, and relationship development, with a focus on advancing the Interior Design practice, including expanding CHIL Interior Design’s hospitality portfolio and strengthening integrated A+D delivery.

Janine brings more than 30 years of experience contributing to the strategy and design of commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects ranging from 5,000 square feet to over 4 million square feet. Her career spans senior leadership roles where she has paired design excellence with business and organizational strategy, with expertise in workplace strategy, change management, business development, corporate governance, and organizational communications.
A highly respected leader in the design community, Janine is the recipient of a Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) Urban Design Award and multiple Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) awards. She is also a Fellow and Past President of ARIDO, and remains actively engaged in advancing the profession through leadership, advocacy, and mentorship.
